I haven't seen any level that has used Robotnik yet but if you seach levels and list by how many downloads you should notice some of my creations in them.
Hey, hansolo, do you know if it's possible to do cinematic enemies? Like, with the advanced editor you have the first picture, then the next "team" you tell it to be destroyed when the previous one is destroyed. Then you repeat the proccess until you've finished whatever it's doing. If that worked, and people started using it, I think it could really advance what we're seeing here.

I haven't uploaded any level with my creations in them but I've seen several levels that used them.

Dude...awesome, totally downloading this! Robotnik was such the gangsta back in the day, IMO he's kind of lost some style over the years though
